A product video needs a story before it needs an export. AURA Studio organises video projects, scene sequences, image and voice assets and film exports. A small scene plan helps keep the message understandable while you prepare the assets.
Build a three-part story
Start with the audience’s task, show how the relevant product fits that task and finish with the next step. A short guide might introduce an administrative problem, explain the appropriate workspace and point to the official product page.
Write one sentence for each scene. Decide what the viewer should see, what the narrator should say and whether a caption is needed. This prevents the visual, voice and text from making three different promises.
Prepare an asset list for every scene
- Visual: choose an authorised image or a clearly labelled illustration.
- Voice: prepare the script and review the completed narration.
- Text: keep captions short enough to read in the available time.
- Sound: select audio you are permitted to use and check that it supports the message.
Keep product claims consistent with the live product. An illustrative sequence should not be described as a recording of a working feature or customer deployment.
Review the film after export
Watch the actual exported file from beginning to end. Check scene order, asset placement, spoken names, captions and the ending. Then watch it on a smaller screen. Increasing an export frame rate alone does not create new motion or repair a weak scene sequence.
Connected workers determine which generation tasks can run. A project record or queued job does not establish completed output, continuity or commercial-use rights. Keep a scene list and the accepted assets with the final film so the next revision has a clear starting point.
